Advanced Photonics Research Institute (APRI) at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) invites applications for several experienced research scientist positions. (Senior Research Scientist, Principal Research Scientist)

1. Suitable Areas include, but are not limited to,
a) Optical Communications
- Fiber based fast optical processing system
b) fs lasers and applications
- precision machining using fs lasers/X-ray, particle beam generation using fs lasers
c) Laser spectroscopy
- High resolution laser spectroscopy
d) Other fields in Optical Science and Photonics such as nanophotonics, etc.
