THE 11TH EUROPE-KOREA CONFERENCE ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY 2018

 

Dear Colleagues,

 

The Korean Scientists and Engineers Association in the UK (KSEAUK) is hosting the 11th Europe-Korea Conference on Science and Technology 2018 (EKC 2018), which will be held in Glasgow, United Kingdom on 20-24 August 2018. EKC 2018 brings together Korean scientists and engineers working in Europe and in Korea. It also attracts European scientists and engineers interested in collaborating with Korean nationals. The conference aims to develop friendship, exchange knowledge & ideas, promote science & technology, and serve the human being and the society.

 

Its main host is KSEAUK. However, like the previous annual events, the conference works closely with the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST) and other eight affiliates in Europe which are in Germany (VeKNI), France (ASCoF), Austria (KOSEAA), Finland (KOSES), Scandinavia (KSSEA), the Netherland (KOSEANL), Switzerland (KSEAS), and Belgium (KOSEAbe).

 

On behalf of the organising committee, it is with our great pleasure and honour that we invite you to EKC 2018 Glasgow. EKC 2018 will convene under the theme, "Science, Technology and Humanity – Portal 4 Industry” and its goal is to solve issues of the world through science, technology and entrepreneurship, greatly improving the quality of life.
